Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as items are in their original packaging and in unused condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • To start a return or exchange, please fill out our Contact Us form and include:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • The items you’d like to return or exchange

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, including:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Digital downloads

  • Customized or personalized products

Cancellations

We understand plans can change. Orders may be canceled within 2 days of purchase.

  • To request a cancellation, please fill out our Contact Us form and include:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • The items you’d like to cancel

    • (Optional) Your reason for cancellation — this helps us improve

Damaged or Lost Items

Your order should arrive safely, but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

  • Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive, please fill out our Contact Us form with the subject line “Lost Package” and your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please fill out our Contact Us form within 5 days of delivery with the subject line “Damaged Item.” Be sure to include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

    • We’ll gladly send a replacement, or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.

    • In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged item.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country. Delivery times may vary depending on customs and shipping carriers.

Meet the Founder

After years of chronic burnout, Edna went through a long season of mental health lessons and healing that taught her something deeply important: self-care is not optional. It was a season that forced her to not only know that truth intellectually, but to truly feel it. Through that process, she realized that a life centered only on productivity was not the goal, and that ambition is a beautiful thing, but not when it comes at the cost of yourself.

She began creating more reliable, doable systems for herself, ones that helped her move through daily life with more mindfulness, intention, and care. Serene Paper Company was born from that journey and from her desire to help others do the same. She creates planning tools that support the whole person, encouraging a more mindful way of living instead of a constant focus on productivity.
